Eligibility & Participation

Assetra’s referral program is designed to reward those who help expand our professional community. Participation is open to active clients and industry partners who refer new prospects not currently engaged with Assetra Property Management. Rewards are confirmed and issued thirty days following the completion of the new client’s first successful billing cycle, provided a standard management agreement has been signed. All participants are responsible for adhering to local compliance and tax obligations.

When are referral rewards typically issued?

Rewards are processed and issued within 30 days following the referred client’s signature of a management agreement and the successful processing of their first management fee.

What defines a qualified referral?

A qualified referral is any new contact with valid property management requirements who is not already present in our client database and who proceeds to sign a full management contract.

Is there a limit on the number of referrals I can make?

Assetra does not impose a limit. We encourage our partners to submit multiple referrals and we reward each successful signing independently to ensure your efforts are maximized.
