All physical maintenance and emergency repairs are strictly subject to vendor availability and the specific property conditions outlined in your management agreement.
3. Data and Verification
Users are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information for tenant screening, background checks, and revenue reporting. Assetra reserves the right to terminate services if it is determined that fraudulent or misleading documentation has been provided by any party involved in a management transaction.
4. Intellectual Property
All proprietary software, owner portals, maintenance reporting systems, and branding content remain the exclusive property of Assetra Property Management. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of these assets is strictly prohibited and protected under federal intellectual property laws.
5. Regulatory Compliance
Assetra operates in full compliance with the New Jersey Real Estate Commission and Fair Housing guidelines. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time to reflect changing legal requirements. Owners and tenants will be notified of material changes via their respective digital portals.
